Pattaya and Back!
PATTAYA
ITLog No.7
25-30 June 2011

We woke up late in the morning, after eating breakfast and preparing for the day, we were dropped-off at Pattaya Beach Road to we could walk along the beach. Seeing all the establishment and hotels along the road plus the many vendors of street food made us hungry, so we headed for Central Festival Mall to eat our lunch. After lunch, we went around the grocery and the mall just to window shop then headed for Nicha Clinic to meet-up with our friend. We were toured around the clinic and saw how they make your face smooth and looking young. We then headed home to get my tripod and headed back to Pattaya Lookout Point.

At Pattaya Lookout Point, we had refreshments and talked while waiting for the sun to set. It was hazy that afternoon and did not get a chance to photograph the sun setting but I got some nice night shots of the city of Pattaya.

Headed back home to cook dinner, we had Pizza and pasta plus dessert of pudding, after which we headed out for Pattaya Walking Street to take photos (because I left my camera the night before, I had to go back and take photos). Walking the street from end to end taking photos was a blast with all those transvestites along the street but would not allow me to take their photos. By 1200hrs (1100hrs TT) we headed back home to rest.

Packing our bags for the trip back to Manila was done late in the day and by 1300hrs (1200hrs TT) we headed for Bangkok to the airport. We checked-in our bags (good thing we were not overweight) we said good-byes to our friend and headed for the immigration where there was a long line. Inching forward and passing thru immigration, we took some photos at the display past the x-ray booth then headed to the gate where we would board our flight back home. Our flight was an hour delayed, we then boarded the plane before 1900hrs (18hrs TT) headed back to Manila.

Visiting Thailand was a blast, specially going to Ratchanburi province, visiting the floating market and going around Pattaya. Eating all those street food that they have even the grilled eggs and the pad thai which I really enjoyed. But we did not had the chance to experience to ride an elephant, maybe the next time we visit the land of “King and I”…

Till our next trip… HAPPY TRAILS!

Thanks to:
